Home insulation products are rated by how well they resist heat. For example, the second law of thermodynamics says that heat will escape outside of your home during winter (when it is cold outside) due to all the factors mentioned below.

In summer, heat moves towards cooler areas of your home. Higher R-value products help keep the temperature consistent all year round. This helps you save money and maximize comfort in your home.

We are a seller of insulation products and services throughout the Sammamish area. Spray foam insulation is our specialty, as it helps keep homes in the Northwest warm during cold winter months.

Spray foam insulation will keep your house as warm as possible in the winter and as cool as possible in the summer, by creating a complete thermal barrier.

Did you know that nearly 50% of your monthly utility bill is due to the heating or air conditioning system running frequently because of insufficient insulation? Spray foam is often a great way to help with this problem and seal up spaces nicely.

The product has the highest R-value of any home insulation product on the market and can be used in both old & new homes.

Types of Insulation

We provide several insulation types to match your budget. These include batt, roll, blown-in or loose-fill insulation, and board insulation. Each of these can help with different needs and all deliver quality results!

Attic Insulation

The attic is often the area in an older home that has the least insulation. Upgrading this will not only save on your bills but can also help to significantly prolong its life.

Blown-in Insulation

Fibrous insulation, like the type you find in foam insulation & fibrous bats & rolls, can be installed in one day, making it perfect for cold weather. It's also an easy material to work with. However, fiberglass insulation is preferred for a blanket or blown-in insulations and can be challenging to handle, leading to

If you get traditional insulation installed incorrectly, it can reduce its insulation properties by 50%. Our professionals will get the job done right the first time.

Spray Foam Insulation

Spray foam insulation is made of 2 separate chemicals that are mixed together and sprayed through a special hose. When the foam expands, it completely fills all spaces in your home (including between studs & jois) and is 100% bio-safe.

Spray foam insulation dries and expands to fill any cracks in the surface it is applied to, which makes it durable. It remains flexible at both high & low temperatures without cracking or shifting. Spray foam insulation is guaranteed airtight and will continue to be long after installation.

If you are considering upgrading or building a new home, please call us to talk about rigid board insulation which can be used in new roofs, unfinished walls, and elsewhere. It's an excellent choice for the old home that needs some remodeling.

We offer quotes for both spray foam insulation and rigid board insulation for remodeling or new construction.

Facts about the city:

Sammamish is a city in King County, Washington. From 2010 to 2019, their population has risen from 45,780 to over 65,000+, living in the city on a plateau bordered by Lake Sammamish and the Snoqualmie Valley.

The Sammamish Plateau was part of unincorporated King County before it became a city. The first settlers arrived in 1972 and established a trio of resorts by the 1930s.

The plateau has remained mostly rural for many years until suburban developments and shopping centers were built in the 1970s and 1980s. A 1991 vote to join neighboring Issaquah failed, as did a 1992 vote on incorporation.

Sammamish has been around for a while, and in 1998 started to push to become a city. Voters officially approved this in August 1999; at that time, the city had about 10,500 residents. Since then, Sammamish annexed Klahanie on January 1, 2016, and has grown: by the end of 2015 it had over 35,000 residents.

The dimensions of the city are 18.47 square miles, which includes both land and water. 18.22 square miles are land and 0.25 square miles is water.

The city is located at the intersection of Interstate 90 and I-405. It was founded in 1853 and covers 10 square miles, much of which is residential. The two biggest lakes are Beaver Lake and Pine Lake.
