Spray Foam Insulation Today of Parkland offers quality and certified home insulation products and services. They serve the residents of Parkland, known as one of the art & soul hubs by most locals.

Our company has been helping homeowners in Parkland reduce their energy bills for decades.

Most homes today should reconsidered their insulation and might benefit from considering a free energy audit (call us now to schedule an appointment with one of our specialists).

This may be the reason why your bills are so high. Did you know that more than half of your energy bill is going to either heating or cooling?

One way of reducing your utility bills is by upgrading the insulation in your home. This will make your house more efficient and can help you save a lot of money.

The R-value is a key measurement when it comes to insulation; the higher the R-value, the better it is at resisting heat transfer.

Homes in Parkland can benefit from high R-value products because of their climate. They should still take into account the humidity and unpredictable weather (winter, spring, summer, and fall).

Cold air moves to the warmer spaces in your home such as your living room or kitchen and is eventually lost outside. Heat moves to the colder spaces in your home such as your basement or attic and is eventually lost outside.

During the hot summer, cold air will naturally want to go inside to cool your home. This can be because of air conditioning units located outside, cold water creating condensation on the windows which would make it cold on the other side.

You may want to improve the home insulation to reduce the heat transfer that occurs in your home. Better insulation usually equates to lower energy bills and a more comfortable environment.

Types of Insulation

Our team will help to choose the best type of insulation for your home. We have a variety of products from budget-friendly solutions, custom & premium products to environmentally friendly options!

You can schedule a free in-home energy audit with our team to find the areas in your home that are leaking air. This easy process involves checking for leaks around windows, doors, and other openings using a 'blower test'. We will let you know the steps to take next.

After doing a blower test on your home, our energy specialists usually recommend the appropriate insulation products. Recommendations may include:

Batts and rolls/blanket insulation

This type of insulation is named for its roll-like form that is usually cut to fill the space between attic studs. The insulation usually consists of rock wool, cellulose, fiberglass, or recycled paper.

Batt insulation offers a wide range of R-values, and it can be cost-effective. You should nevertheless consult with a professional to ensure that any installation project is done successfully and efficiently.

Fiberglass is a difficult material to work with and can cause skin irritation or worse. This type of insulation can also lose efficiency when applied improperly, with losses going up to 50%.

Blown-in/Loose-fill insulation

This is kind of insulation that is made of tiny particles recycled material, rock wool, cellulose or fiberglass. It's applied by blowing the insulation through a specialized hose.

This insulation product is very versatile and can be used for different spaces in the home. It works great in smaller, unfinished, hard-to-reach areas or even for new or existing cavities. It's also great to use regardless of whether you're renovating an old home or building a new one.

Rigid board insulation

This is formed of rock wool or fiberglass and comes in large, strong sheets that can be trimmed to fit any size space.

Rigid board insulation is a good choice for new construction projects and unfinished walls. It also provides quick protection from winter months and can be molded around air ducts or pipes. If you're thinking about adding on to your home or renovating, we can help you plan so call us today at

Spray foam insulation

This is one of the best insulation products available in Washington. We offer quality, affordable solutions for your home whether you live in an old or new house. Parkland residents can enjoy the highest-rated R-value on the market.

Spray foam is two types of chemical materials that are mixed and then sprayed through a special hose to create a seal that's airtight and highly insulated. It is completely bio-safe.

This insulation can be used in many different places at home, but starts by drilling a small hole into the wall, which you insert the foam through. This will fill up all of the gaps in your home.

We’ll use construction adhesive to fix the hole, which means no need for usual problems like dust and difficulty when knocking down walls.

Facts about the city:

Parkland is a census-designated place in Pierce County, WA. The 2010 population was 35,803 and the 2020 population grew to 38,623. It's an unincorporated suburb of the city of Tacoma and home to Pacific Lutheran University.

Parkland and Tacoma both share a portion of the southern cut-off at 96th St and there's also a small amount of Parkland that lies north of Military Rd E, in Spanaway.

State Route 7 is one of the most important motorways in the county. It leads from Interstate 5 in Tacoma all the way to Mount Rainier. Pacific Ave is also one of the main commercial routes in much of the county, including Parkland.

The park-like components given to the area by early white settlers inspired the name for this location. The Garry Oak and blue camas flower prairie, combined with many creeks helped shape the natural beauty present today.

Norwegian-Americans from the Midwest chose this area as the site of their college, which became Pacific Lutheran University, home to 3,500 students and various sports teams.
